1. Service

AgentGunes provides account-bound agent identity and a company verification API. The agent does not replace you. The default approval behavior is to ask every time. If you choose “Allow fully”, high-risk actions are not asked either; you must stop the agent or change the setting to cut it off.

2. Accounts

• A user account is opened with email + password. Email verification is not required. We do not verify who filled the registration form (human or agent); panel approval also comes from the account owner and does not prove they are a natural person.
• A company account is opened from the panel Convert to company form; customer support email is required; it is not auto-approved.
• An approved company gets an access token with domain + hidden password. The hidden password is set on Company settings. Each call mints a new token and the previous one drops.
• To delete an account all agents must be deleted first (erasure policy).

3. Prohibited

Asking for a token for someone else’s agent, replay, fake JWKS, unauthorized requests to the deletion webhook, spam messages, and unlawful content are forbidden. A company blocked by the platform gets 403 on the API. No new token is minted for a company the user blocked.

4. Company duties

Do not treat a verified JWT as your own session: 60 seconds, one-time. Do not act outside the scope. Answer deletion requests with the standard JSON. Keep the support email current; it is required at registration and shown to the user when deletion is failure. Publish your own privacy text on your own site. Mark scope risk correctly in the dictionary: high and critical are asked every time in “important actions” mode.

5. Your controls

You can block a company at account or agent level. A block stops a new credential; it does not recall the short-lived JWT already in flight. Stopping the agent also cuts verify.

6. Liability

What the agent does on a company site is limited to the permission you gave and what the company implements. The platform signs and verifies the JWT; listings, sessions, carts, and payment live in the company’s system. The consequences of choosing “Allow fully” are yours.

7. Changes and termination

Terms are updated on this page. You may stop your account or use the paths in the erasure policy. The platform suspends an agent or company on abuse.
